Good. I agree with all this. Do you know where Peter Zug defended Elder
Martin? Conewago? Antietam? Other?

Just a few other dates for you to through into the mix.
1762 - The last we know of Peter Zug is in 1762 when he with others
stood
in defense of Elder George Adam Martin," a minister excommunicated by the
Brethren.
1768 - Peter deeded his Warranted Claim to William Hart in 1768 (PA Patent
P31-346) and disappeared from the Antrim Township tax lists in that year.
According to tradition in the Isaac Miller family, the marriage of their
second son John to "Katharina Zook" was performed by the bride's father,
Peter
Zook, a Dunkard preacher. (Source: History of the Church of the
Publishing
House, 1936, p. 67.)ing House, 1936, p. 67.)
Then, in Sept. 1803, Peter, with no wife and "late of Washington Co.,"
sold
the Tenmile Creek property to Andrew Red, son of Nathaniel Redd.
Good luck.
