Hi Warren,
"The Zimmerman Family" was written by B. C. and Eleanor Zimmerman and is
available on microfilm through the Church of Latter Day Saints' Family
History Center. I don't have the film number at hand right now, but I
copied the whole thing, 55 pages. Are you a descendant of Andreas
Zimmerman? I have a descendant chart if your interested. I am a
"possible" descendant of Andreas. You can email me at -
rita.guzzo(a)home.com. Looking forward to hear from you.

P.S. I also have copies from "The Goshenhoppen Charge" by Rev. Weiss.

I am currently working on documenting my Zimmerman ancestry after
receiving a package in the mail last week from an aunt. One of the items
appears to be the first six pages of a magazine article titled "Palatine
Emigration Materials from the Neckar Valley, 1726-1766" by Friedrich
Krebs. This article was translated and edited by Don Yoder. The article
had to appear after 1955 since one paragraphs states:
Andreas Zimmerman settled in Goshenhoppen, Montgomery County. See "The
Zimmerman Family" (1955).
I would appreciate any help in identifying magazine in which the article
appeared. I would also like more info on "The Zimmerman Family" (1955).
