Subject: [ZIEGLER-L] Changes Coming
Hello to everyone on the ZIEGLER-L(a)rootsweb.com mailing list.
For the time being I have been asked to serve as the custodian of this
mailing list.
I welcome all of you to stay on this list and hope that the list can
continue as in the past. If you do not want to remain on this list, you
can
unsubscribe in the usual manner, by sending a message to
<ZIEGLER-L-request(a)rootsweb.com> or <ZIEGLER-D-request(a)rootsweb.com> with
the word Unsubscribe as the only word in the Subject line and as the
first line of text. Or you can send a message to me at <jshuman(a)telis.org>
and I will unsubscribe you manually if you wish.
I am not here to cause any problems or try to start a flame war. Flaming
will not be allowed on this list. Although I have distant ZIEGLER
ancestry, I am not as well versed in the research of this line as many
others, and therefore will not be able to answer many of the genealogy
questions that may arise. I am here right now simply to help keep this
list
going and this forum open for those of you who wish to continue here
on
the
rootsweb mailing list.
Quite a lot of exciting changes and additions are happening at RootsWeb,
and I think you'll enjoy the opportunity to pursue your research through
this venue.
I am the list custodian of three other surnames lists here on Rootsweb, so
I do have some experience as a list owner.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
