Chuck,
This is what I have regarding Elias Zickafoose and Sarah Simmons/Semmons, but I
am still sourcing this material so please don't accept it as the "facts"
just
yet. Any corrections or additions are welcome!
I have no information about an Addison Zickafoose, sorry.

For the last two years, since I first learned that my
great-grandfather,
Addison Snyder, was the son of Elias Zickefoose and Barbara Snyder, I have
been trying to establish which Elias Zickefoose was his father. I believe
him to be the one that married Sarah Semmons (Randolph County, VA) and whose
genealogy I have back to 1733, Switzerland.
If anyone has any information that can help me determine the lineage of
Addison Snyder (born 1837, Webster County, VA; now WV) please e-mail me
direct. If someone could get over to Mt. Olive United Methodist Church,
Hemlock WV and let me know if they saw anything there I would be more than
grateful.
Thanks.
