Hi List,
My grandmother was Eugenie Zeller, born in Tubingen, Germany in December
1883. Her mother was Barbara Zeller, born in February 1864 in Voehringen
Germany.
My grandmother arrived in the US October 4, 1894. She had been living in
Germany with her aunt - the Klotz family. She left Germany for the US via
Antwerp. She was met by her mother Barbara who had arrived in the US in the
late 1880's.
I hope that these names ring a bell with some other Zellers. There is a
big missing link here - who was Eugenie's father. It appears that he was not
a Zeller. (Don't worry - it's the 21st century and all the grandkids know
about this.)
I'd love to re-start my search on this line and look forward to
suggestions.
Best regards,
Roberta
