Kim,
As for the Thomas living near Jemima in 1860 -- I might believe it could
be Rev. Wm. THOMAS Wells (Thomas' Son). Rev. Wm. was an intinerant
preacher spending time in a number of small churches throughout Kentucky
and Virginia including the Three Forks Primitive Baptist Church of Powell
River and Sandlick Baptist Church near Harlan, KY. Rev. Wm would have
been about 63 years old at that time. He is the grandson of Zach Sr. I
am trying locate his burial place by focusing on old baptist church burial
grounds in KY & Va.
FYI,
Rick Wells

Hi Rick,
I can't open this up, sorry I only have a wordpad program on this
old computer. Can you post this message to the list?
Maybe we can find out more on him & your family lines.
I need to find more info on the kids of Jemima & John Sturgills family.
Will keep digging & post what I find on the Zach list.
THANKs for the reply,
Kim
