Which Zach are we referring to here..Zach 1 or 2.?
Zach #1 - he
is the one who was in the Revolutionary war (as were two
others - one of whom was hung).

The Elizabeth who died is a different person. I am sure we discussed this
before on the list. Most of us are convinced through the death record of
Jemima that her mother was named Abigail, not Elizabeth.
My Granny YAtes(Mary L Wells)is to have brought a "family
bible" with
her from Lee Co. Va to MO when she married Sol. Yates after her sister
Rachael died, and is still in the "family" somplace along with some other
"papers"(?????)<<
Goodness, I sure hope someone turns it up. This could be a VERY valuable
resource. Someone out there was going to visit the old homestead in Idaho
last year and try to hunt some of this stuff down. But, I haven't heard
back on the success of that visit.
Another possibility is "The elusive ol' Zack"was
burrried "out back in the
apple orchard".<<
Something like that is probable. You should coordinate with some of the
other researchers who also have trips planned and with those who have gone
previously so you can compare notes and not cover old ground.
