Sorry for any confusion. Yes QA County is the same as Queen Anne's County in
MD. As to where the parish is located I am not sure, but I bet it wouldn't
be that hard to locate.

As a matter of fact, that is exactly what I have been doing on the Wells
list the past few days. Parts 1 and 2 have been posted and I am working
on
part 3. I had forgotten the alleged connection of William Wells who
married Mary Harner :
5. William Wells b: Cir 1727 Maryland; m: 21 Sep 1749 Mary Harner at St
Luke's Parish, Queen Anne Co., Maryland
I have no information on his children if any. He is alleged to have been
a
son of:
Richard Wells, son of Zorobabel Wells and Catharine Davenport, b: 13 Feb
1677/8 in Talbot Co., Maryland (now in Delaware); m: Cir 1700 Catherine
(or
Katherine) _____;
>& where is "St Lukes IN QA county?
>was this Maryland you were talking abt Claude?
Boy, I don't have that answer.
