I am trying to obtain a photo of the house where my 3x great grandfather
lived. I received the following information from the Archivist at West
Glamorgan:
"However, by comparing the route of the census
enumerator with the position of the other adjacent properties, it is
most
likely that Cwmdonkin Villa is an earlier name for Cefn-eithin, which is
situated near Penlan House, on the western edge of Cwmdonkin Park. It is
possible that the property was sold following the death of its owner in
1861, and that it was re-named by its new occupant. No subsequent censuses
include a property called Cwmdonkin Villa, but Cefn-eithin is to be found
in
its place."
I am asking if SKS would be willing to take a photo of the house now named
Cefn-eithin.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Jean
