Hi Don
I have checked both the 1841 and 1851 census for Glamorgan for your Michael
Leary born 1831 but could not find him.
I found a Michael Leary born 1835 in Swansea still living in Swansea in 1841
(marked as age 6 in census).
The 1841 was usual marked up or down in ages depending on whether the person
was over or under 5, 15, 25, 35 etc.,
(someone aged 3 would be marked up as 5.)
If you need more on this particular Michael Leary let me know.
Regards
John Jones
