Hi Rob,
thank you for the great offer
the info is :
Cambrian, B10, marriages, 15 Oct 1847,
Mr James Donaldson Thomas, agent,
to Miss Eliza Taylor
Govan Glasgow.
They had a son (my husband's ggrandfather) James Donaldson Thomas, born
in Swansea in oct 1848, who got married in Kansas in 1870 and the trail
between these events is non existent, so any additional information
would be wonderful.
And if you ever need research in the San Francisco Bay Area I will be
glad to help
Judy

Hi Judy
No, there is not a lot of difference, other than its nice to see in its
original format. If you send me the details I'll have a look for you
next
week, and send on to you.

Subject: [Swansea] Cambrian Index
Hi
Has anyone looked at the original document for a marriage that is
indexed in the Cambrian index? I am wondering if there would be any
additional information, or if sending for it would be a waste of money.
As I am 6000 miles away I cannot conveniently pop down to the library!
Judy
