Subject: [Q-B-I] Quaker Family History Society Meeting in Swansea 13 October
To: QUAKER-BRITISH-ISLES(a)rootsweb.com
It is not too late to decide to come to the QFHS meeting in Swansea on
Saturday 13 October. We have an excellent programme of talks, as can be
seen from the copy of the revised timetable for the day below. The
Society bookstall will be there and I hope that Richard Allan will be
bringing copies of his recently published book on the history of Quakers
in Wales.
You do not have to be a member of QFHS to attend, and there is no need
to book. You can just turn up on the day, and indeed the postal strikes
going on at the moment mean that it is probably pointless now to send a
booking by post. But it would help with planning to send me an email
(privately, not to the list) if you do plan to come. Swansea is easily
accessible by rail and is on the M4 motorway.
