It looks as if she was older than your record suggests.
No sign of Charles FORM. Greenhill was a centre of Irish population at the
time, but not exclusively Irish. It was also one of the places where migrant
workers arriving in Swansea might start off.
I have a feeling that someone else may have been researching this TUCKER
family either on this list or the Glamorgan list, so it may be worth
checking the list archives.
There was another Mary TUCKER born Reynoldston, Gower about 1844/5 who you
may need to eliminate from your enquiries.

Subject: [Swansea] Mary Tucker
Hi fellow listers, Iam new to this list and desperately searching
for
help
in tracing my Gx2 grandmother Mary Tucker. According to " family word of
mouth
" Mary was born on the 29th Jan 1842 in Swansea, father Richard Tucker.
but so
far I have been unable to trace any birth record for her in the St Caths
index. However the 1881 and 1901 census both indicate she was born in
Swansea in
that year.
Mary married a Charles Form on 16th March 1863 in the parish church ,
Swansea, I have a copy of that cert. her address at the time was " Pottery
Lane " and
Charles address is given as " Green Hill " Shortly after the marriage,
1865 /
1866 Mary and Charles moved to the north of England, Sunderland then
Jarrow.
If anyone has access to the 1861census or any other records for the period
prior to the marriage I would be extremely grateful for any info that may
assist
in my search
Regards
Bill Form
