No. But part of Glamorganshire - the parish of Loughor - was in Llanelli
registration district for many years. Loughor parish covered parts of modern
Gorseinon, most of modern Gowerton, and parts of modern Dunvant, all now
regarded as parts of the City and County of Swansea, and always in the
historic Glamorgan.

Therefore if your question is really 'I have found a marriage, birth or
death in FreeBMD in Llanelli registration district, could they have lived in
Glamorgan?' the answer is yes.

Can someone pls tell me if Llanelli has ever been part of
Glamorganshire
or
is it always been Carmarthenshire?
Thanks in advance,
