Subject: Peter White
Hi Mr. Coleman
I wonder if you can help me, please. I am looking for any information, details-background
about my great uncle, Peter White. Peter was a Stone Mason who was involved in many
projects in the Swansea and Sketty area in and around the 1870's.
Family lore tells me that some of his projects included the old Registrar Office in
Swansea and some commercial buildings in Sketty Square.
Peter White was also recorded as having some connection with the the New Siloh Capel in
Landore. Coincidently, my husband's great uncle Thomas Freeman Mayor of Swansea in
1879-80 is remembered there too on some memorial plaques.
Thank you,
Sylvia Boulton.
