Graham,
Thanks once again for the information that you have supplied, Checking
Ancestry with the information you supplied I find Lionel in a tree and it
shows that he passed away on 19th Feb this year. With all this new
information I must sit down and expand my tree when I have the time.
If you do happen to come across any of the Canton Burman's then I would be
grateful if you could let them have this web page
http://swanseaburmans.tribalpages.com/tribe/browse?userid=swanseaburmans&...
where I have created a tree of the Swansea Burman's which they are also part
of.
Regards
Dave

Hi Dave.
Lionel BURMAN as I said must be about 96 now.
He and my Mum were childhood pals.
My late Mum was then Irene WHITE,and she was also born in 1915, as Lionel
Was.
I havent seen him now for about six months. He was a regular sight down in
Canton, out shopping .Him and his wife, arm in arm,?who also must be in her
90's.
They last long in Canton,do the BURMAN's!
We were both based in Canton Diesel Depot.
If I do bump in to him some time,I shall ask him if he would be interested
in contacting you?
He had two sons, one of them went to school with me.
Cheers Graham.
