John Powell Davies, on north by lands and hereditaments hereinafter
described (no copying out too long ). Secondly, three pieces or parcels of
Land of three acres or thereabouts formerly part of the Waste Lands on
Bettws Hill. Mentions Edward Jones and John Whittall.
