Hi John,
There is a full list of the parishes in each Welsh Hundred in Appendix A of
"The Surnames of Wales" by Rowlands & Rowlands.
Best wishes

Subject: [WLS-RAD] Hundreds and Parishes - help needed (Cross posting)
Dear Listers,
I'm trying to identify which parish is in which hundred for each of the
three counties of Breconshire, Montgomeryshire, and Radnorshire.
The GENUKI website doesn't yet have this information available for the
counties concerned, and neither do the websites of the Powys FHS and the
Powys Archives.
Does anyone know of:
EITHER an on-line source (or a book) listing the parishes comprising each
hundred in BRE, MGY, and RAD?
OR maps showing the boundaries of both the hundreds *and* the parishes in
BRE, MGY, and RAD?
I already have lists of the hundreds and lists of the parishes; and maps of
the hundreds and maps of the parishes. But I don't have the *combined*
information about parishes and hundreds.
I don't want to waste time analysing and merging this separate information
if it is already available in a combined form.
Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.
Many thanks,
John
