Hi,
I was thinking of Les when I read your e-mail unfortunately he died last
year. The business is being run by his wife and son so there is no possible
danger of missing it as passing. I must try and get there at the weekend.
I see Angela has written as well so I know now that its not one of my
Hamers.
Regards,
Margaret

Hello Margaret,
The wagon and so, automaticly, the onetime owner, could well be some bit
older than my circa estimate.......in that I am no expert to assess the
age
of such farm eqipment with a dependable degree of accuracy......late
18s
to
early 19s could well have been wide of the mark !
........and you are in Upper Tean.......and the waggon is at Les Oakes'
place...1st building you pass with this waggon (and lots of others ) there
to see !!!!!!
Check it out when you can........and would be most obliged if you could
let
me know how things work out. Good hunting.
Regards,
Lakhri in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
