Dear Listers,
I have just completed transcribing the 'Q' and 'R' sections of the
alphabetical gazetteer in Tallis's Topographical Dictionary of England
and Wales (published 1860) and have uploaded them onto my "Tallis"
website feature.
The 'Q' section contains only two gazetteer entries: Quaker's Yard (GLA)
and Queensferry (FLN).
The 'R' section contains 41 gazetteer entries, supplemented by six
more-detailed descriptions including: Radnorshire, and New (and Old)
Radnor (RAD).
You can access my transcript of Tallis's Topographical Dictionary at

Note that if you are subscribed to more than one Welsh mailing list you
may receive multiple postings of this message.
Kind regards,
John
