Hi gang.
I use Spam Killer with a diversified filter system.
Two major helps are add a friend and rescue.
Add a friend can be used to accept any message from the
Rootsweb.com
domain.
Rescue can reload to the mail server messages initially screened out by
accident.
I haven't concluded yet why Spam Killer screens out unscreened wanted
messages.

Subject: Anti-spam programs
Hi All,
Unwanted emails (SPAM) are an increasing problem, and various people
are
turning to anti-spam software to block unsolicted email.
(MYmailSAFE,
SpamArrest, Mailwasher etc)
Unfortunately, these programs can cause having with mailing lists,
especially if they are not correctly set up. Messages have been
bounced
back to Rootsweb, and the list admin has been unable to get past the
spam
software to tell affected subscribers that their Rootsweb mail is
being
bounced.
I don't know a solution - I understand that MYmailSAFE can be set up
to
correctly accept Rootweb mail, and I successfully use Mailwasher to
preview
mail (but even that has bounced mail arriving from Yahoo lists).
The bouncing mail also causes big problems for the list admins, since
Rootsweb forwards it on to them.
So if you do feel the need to use anti-spam software, please check
carefully that you can set it up to accept mailling lists, and be
prepared
to stop using it if your incoming mail dries up!
Thanks,
Malcolm
