Hi Dolores,
This is the only Samuel Langford on the 1841 Census for Knighton Parish.
The information is from the 1841 Radnorshire Census CDRom issued by the
Powys FHS. Ages for adults are rounded down to 0 and 5 on this census and
relationships aren't listed although I expect that Samuel is Ann's son.
The "Y" means than they were born in Radnorshire. I hope this helps
although I don't think that it will as both mothers were Ann(e).
1841 Census
Knighton Hundred
Parish of Knighton

LANGFORD, Ann, 70, Ind., Y, Broad Street, f26/p18

Margaret Harvey

Subject: [POWYS] RE 1841 census Knighton
This is a long shot but has anyone got the 1841 census with Knighton on?
My ancestor Samuel Langford was born circa 1794 in Langford. 2 families
had
a Samuel christened at around the same time. 10th Sept 1794 parents
John &
Ann and 10th Dec 1793 parents William & Anne.
My Samuel had moved to Gloucestershire by 1820 and I wondered if the other
one had a parent with him. Or if by some miracle either parent was still
alive and you could tell me their occupation.
Thank you
Dolores
