Success ! and within days of joining the list, thanks to you - the census
details of 1851 for Montgomeryshire did turn up the correct Bagley family
although we did not know it at the time.
Harriet Bagley's father was Abraham and both her and her father were
schoolteachers - we are going to obtain a copy of the original census so
that we can file it with the other relevant papers and now have a good
chance of finding out more information on this family.

turned up only
2 BAGLEY families in/around Montgomery and Research Center,
Shrewsbury, and locate his baptism entry.
