Michael,
You might want to send a duplicate posting to the Powys mailing list, if you
haven't already done so --- there may be a subscriber on that list who has
access to the 1891 census you need.

Subject: Richard Pugh of Berriew/Welshpool
Hello
I am still desperately trying to find Richard and Mary Pugh.
I have looked at the 1891 census for Berriew (where I expected to find
them)
without luck and wondered if there was anyone out there with access to
the 1891 census for Welshpool who could do a look up there for me.
Richard Pugh was a butcher. He was married to Mary and they had three
children - Mary b 1884,William b 1885 and John b ?.The family later moved to
Shrewsbury and Richard died sometime before 1905.
Any help appreciated.
Michael.
