Margaret,
I don't know the time-period for the burials you're interested in but it's
my understanding that trying for a lookup from the incumbent is fairly
difficult and I believe they're allowed to charge a fee now, similar to the
Registrar's offices. The Llanllwychairn burial registers have been
deposited with the NLW (up to 1993) , with a microfilm copy at Powys County
Archives. Why not try contacting them for the lookup?

Subject: Llanllwchaiarn Memorial Inscriptions
Hi,
I have been given information from a booklet containing Llanllwchaiarn
Memorial
Inscriptions and would like full details of the burial records.
Does anyone know of a contact name and number for the church?
Regards,
Margaret Harvey
