Sandi,
This is the only Edward & Sarah in the parish of Trefeglwys in 1851, living
at Staylittle:
(1851 Census Index CD, pub. by the Powys FHS)
JONES Edward h m 62 Miner, lead MGY Llanidloes Staylittle /f374/p4
JONES Sarah w m 40 MER Tpwyn* Staylittle /f374/p4
JONES Anne d u 8 MGY Trefeglwys Staylittle /f374/p4
JONES Lewis s u 5 MGY Trefeglwys Staylittle /f374/p4
JONES Hugh s u 3 MGY Trefeglwys Staylittle /f374/p4
JONES Robert s u 1 MGY Trefeglwys Staylittle /f374/p4
*should read "Towyn"
My own DAVIES ggggrandparents lived at Staylittle Factory (cottage woolen
"mill") for several years in the 1840's before moving back to Llawryglyn.
I
imagine Edward JONES worked the lead mines Dylife.

Subject: 1851 Look-Up
Is there anyone on this list who has the 1851 census for the
Trefegwlys
area of Montgomery who could do a look-up for me?
I'm trying to locate Edward & Sarah (nee Edwards) Jones and any children
that might have been living with them. Thank you for any help offered!
