I have come to brick wall Regarding the Isaacs from Meirioneth...... you
said there were 9 female Isaac in the marriage index,
do you have an Ellen or (Ellin) Isaac nee Williams from Llanfrothen Married
to Morris Isaac some time after 1861, living at Garreghylltrem farm,
Llanfrothen.
There is a marriage to Morris Isaac on 25/12/1845 to Jane Thomas in
Llanfrothen I presume this to be his 1st wife.
I will also check the Heyes Marriage index on the address shown.
Diolch yn fawr

There are only about 9 female Isaacs in the Merionnydd Marriage Index too,
none named Catherine. Have you tried the Hayes Marriage Index that covers
the
whole of North Wales?
