I don't have any information on this family, but thought the given name of Isaac's
wife might help in your search.

Died
At Granite, Md., March 31, from the effects of an accident, Mr. Isaac Owens, formerly
Treasurer and President elect of Granite branch (age not stated) leaving a widow and
family to mourn his loss.
Branch Remarks
Granite, Md.
We met with a serious accident last week, which resulted in the death of our
President-elect, Bro. Isaac Owens, and injuring three others, one of who was a son of Bro.
Owens. They were called into the quarry with others to help pry down a large stone, in
order to run it off with rollers, and in letting it down it suddenly shot forward, and
caught Owens, crushing his legs between the hips and the knees, and injuring him
internally. The accident happened Wednesday morning, March 29, and he lingered until
Friday, 31st, at about twelve o’clock when he died. His son was not severely hurt, and the
other two are getting better. Ezra Kenny received a stroke from a bar on the thigh, and
Charles Plath a cut on the head.
