Can anyone please help solve the mystery of where these couple

after they married on 14th May 1855 at Ruabon.
John Jones aged 24, labourer, residence at time of marriage Llansantffraid
Mechain
father Thomas Jones labourer. Any information on this Jones family would be
great.

Martha Edwards spinster aged 25 (she was born in 1827 at Llandegla
(confirmed) so she lied about her age) occupation servant, residence at time
of marriage Tir y Fron, Ruabon father Edward Edwards labourer.
Witness's were Edward Edwards and Emma Jones
Martha left her illegitimate son with her sister Elinor, in Ruabon, when she
married, this is confirmed in the 1861 census so what could have happened to
Martha and John?.
