Some, but far from all, parish registers and/or Bishop's transcripts have
been microfilmed by the LDS church and can be viewed at their local Family
History Centers -- (these must be ordered in from Salt Lake City for a
small fee).

Thanks for that. Perhaps I could ask where I would find the Bishops
Transcripts
and/or the Hayes Index? Are they on line? I'm located in
Canada, far from any written documents, but I do have a number of cousins
in Wales & England who might do the looking if that's required. They, and
I, just need to know where to start.
