Actually I have "Catalogue of Tracts of the Civil War and Commonwealth Period
relating to Wales and the Borders" NLW Aberystwyth 1911. It is quite turgid and
doesn't have any index references to Bala - only 3 references to Merioneth.
Sorry.

I think I have this book - from memory, if it is the same one, it is a catalogue of
sources with very little commentary and mainly of national not local interest (if you know
what I mean ie little or no mention of even gentry local figures) - I will have a look
this evening and let you know.
Yours sincerely,
