Hi Catherine
My John Richards was born in Mallwyd, and married a Hannah Morgan b1778 in
1798 in Llanymawddwy. My next step is to try to trace John's parents and
also his occupation. I think it may be connected with the clothing industry,
perhaps weaving. I will have to investigate.

Hi Chris - I learnt this lesson the hard way a few years ago but you still
clarified it a bit more for me.
As you know I have a John Richards in my family I'm looking for and would be
interested to know his wife's name and his siblings - do you think there is
a chance it could be a relative?
My gggrandfather was Evan Richards, parents were Richard and Margaret Evan
born 1798 in Llanymowddwy.
Good to hear from you again.
Catherine
