I can confirm that the churchyard at Christ Church, Penrhyndeudraeth is in the process of
being recorded by our Society. If you so wish contact me in about 3 months time and I will
be able to give you a progress report.

Subject: [MER] Evans & Williams of Penrhyn
I have been trying for quite sometime to find the births & deaths of my
great-grandparents, ROBERT EVANS, b abt 1826 & his wife CATHERINE WILLIAMS, b abt
1829, who lived in Penrhyn. I have spent quite a few pounds looking for this info through
the free BDM, but with no luck. I can only find them in the census.
In 2003 we searched the Holy Trinity Anglican Church cemetery in Penryhn and found my
grandparents, ELLIS & KATE EVANS/WILLIAMS buried on the left side of the entrance to
the Church. But time ran out for us and we only partially covered the cemetery.
I really feel that they are buried in the above cemetery. How would I go about finding
a record as to the whereabouts of where they are buried in the cemetery.
Would appreciate hearing from someone who could help me out, Thank you.
Regards, Jenny in Canada
