Just got back into researching our family, how have you got on?, i was wondering wether
this Edward Jones was the father of Evan Edwards, all chronologically correct!!!! and then
if Edward was the son of John Jones Bwlch y Plwm?...just a thought....

Have had a look at Llanfrothen Parish Records Fiches for this period but they are
difficult to read.
The only record in 1758 with relevance was a christening of Evan, son of Edward Jones,
Braich, labourer, and Jane his wife. March 19th.
On looking further back there is a short record of a marriage between Edward Jones,
labourer and Jane his wife. November 3rd 1746, which is much earlier. No mention of
Jane's surname. This marriage was in Llanfrothen Parish Church.
