Penuchardre is literally the top part of town. If you know Dolgellau at all
it is the bit that goes up past the Catholic Church and the Weslean Chapel
on the left bank of the river Arran through Meurig Square, Domen Fawr and
Wesley Place up towards Maes y Pandy.
All the best

Hello!
I have a birth cert from the 1840's with PENUCHADRE, Dollgellau as the
place of birth. I have never been able to find this on any map. Can anyone
help?
Regards
Chris Watson
