Hi Corrine and Tom,
First, my apologies for getting back so late - storms have been raging in
the area so have had to be off the computer a significant amount of time.
Are these people in your lineage or are they listed in the cemetery
records?
Edward HUMPHREYS b. 1804
Grace HUMPHREYS b. abt. 1808
Elizabeth HUMPHREYS b. mid 1800's (this is Edward's and Grace's daughter,
the only one I know about at this time) I believe that Elizabeth married
Thomas MORRIS b. 1842 d. 1904 of Montgomeryshire.
I am curious about the name of Cadwaladr HUMPHREYS. Do you or anyone
else have any information on him by any chance?
Best wishes,
y bardd
I am replying to Corinne's message of June 26th.
You are correct, Cadwaladr Humphreys and his wife Jane are buried in Ainion
Cemetry, Llanuwchllyn.
The memorial stone states that Cadwaladr Humphreys lived at Maesmeillion and
died 4TH. Jan 1872 age 48, and that Jane his wife died 8th Jan 1907 age 78.
Tom.
