I use Legacy - a free download - which I find very good.

Subject: [GWYNEDD] Software for family historians
After 25 years of messing about with hand-drawn charts, I 've decided it's
time I bought a genealogy program - but which one???
At present I'm trying out WinGea 1.7 on a shareware CD. This is OK, but I
feel I would like something more versatile. I want to be able to draw UK
style dropline charts (no boxes) for five unrelated families, including
one
rather complex family covering five generations.
Which programs do listeners find are the most 'user friendly'? I would be
very grateful for any advice.
