"The Kings and Princes of Wales," but does not
identify the book further. Earlier it did mention Griffith's "Pedigrees
of Anglesey and Caernaravonshire Families..." and I wonder if "Kings and
Princes" is a part of the Griffith's work. Can anyone tell me further
identifying information on "The Kings and Princes of Wales," which must
have pedigrees in it on pages 309, 393, 280, 232, 251, and 211? I would
like to try to get this book through inter-library loan, but I need more
information than a title.
The book in question is John Edward Griffith's Pedigrees of Anglesey and
Carnarvonshire families. "The Kings and Princes of Wales on p 309 is not an
article, but a pedigree of the descendants of Brochwel Ysgythrog, King of
Powys (died circa 6117) to Owain Glyndwr.
The book has been out of print for years, and if you come across a second
hand copy in a bookshop it will cost you a fortune. However Gwynedd FHS has
republished a copy on microfiche which is available either from the FHS site
(
www.gwynedd.fsbusiness.co.uk/home.htm) or from the Genfair site (
www.genfair.com/).
