There is also a simplified introduction to Welsh, mainly the alphabet and pronunciation,

These might be helpful to some.

Subject: [GWYNEDD] Learn Welsh CD
Every week I see an e-mail on one of the Welsh Rootsweb lists
(a glutton for
punishment, I am a member of all 26!) or I get off list
e-mails asking about
resources for learning the Welsh language.
Today I accidentally came across this web site which offers,
amongst other
products, a Welsh learning package on CD.

At 85 UK pounds, about 140 US dollars, it is quite expensive,
but knowing how
well heeled the Gwynedd list members are...
If anybody knows of any cheaper ways of obtaining Welsh
lesson, especially
for the international community who may have difficulty in
accessing "regular"
courses, I would be pleased to hear about them so that I can
pass them on to my
enquirers.
As with all postings relating to commercial sites, I have
absolutely no
financial interest in this company.
All the best
