I am jumping in with another question.
I am searching for David Williams who was at a guess born 1758 but in
Beddgelert. He married Ellin Hughes (father Hugh Bowen, have his will, d.
Aug. 8, 1774) Feb. 9, 1779 and he died Jan. 9, 1801 in Hafod Gwenllian,
Blaenau Dolwyddelan. I am wondering about the home in Beddgelert where he
was born, possibly Hafod Lwyfog. Also if he was a brother to Griffith
Williams born Beddgelert about 1758, again no knowledge of the home and died
at Nhadog Uchaf Blaenau Dolwyddelan February 19, 1829.
I I can order material through the Mormon Church at my library, but what
records would you recommend I order? I belong to the Gwynedd Family History
Society but don't know if I am on the gwynedd rootsweb, but am on the
caernarfonshire rootsweb. Do you have a researcher who could find this
information for me.
Sincerely, Judith Carr Danielsen in South Dakota
