POST NUPTIAL SETTLEMENT of 1 and Jane his wife, being a FEOFFMENT by 1, to 2, of a capital
m. called Maes y Ceirchie and parcels of land called Cay(r) Talken, Cae r Dintwr, Cae
Eingain Lloyd, Cay(r) Odin, Y ffrith wen, Y Berllan, Cae r Ceffyl, Cay r Tu Sion,
Gweirglodd and Gwerglodd tan y to situated in the township of MAYNOL BANGOR, p. BANGOR, in
trust, to hold the kitchen, adjoining the capital m. and outchambers and chambers thereto
belonging, and yr Ardd fechan adjoining, Cay yr Dintwr, yr ffrith wen and Gweriglodd tan y
tu, to the use of 1's wife for life, in recompense of her dower, and afterwards to the
use of their children, and that if 1's wife shall die before she is 21 years old and
that there are no children living, that 1 shall cause £16-13-4 to be paid to 3. [cf. nos.
737-8]. Recites that 3 had paid 1 £50 being the marriage portion and had maintained 1, his
wife and children as befits their degree and quality for three years.
