I've looked at all the transcriptions of cemeteries in the Ynyscynhaearn
parish and he doesn't appear in any of them. I wonder whether it would be
worth your while to contact Salem chapel - perhaps someone there would be
able to help you. As you have a date perhaps an obituary in the Caernarfon
and Denbigh Herald or the Herald Gymraeg at the Gwynedd Archives, Caernarfon
might give you the information that you seek.

Subject: [GWYNEDD] Burials in Porthmadog
One of my great uncles, the Rev John Richard Jones, was a
Congregationalist
(Annibynwyr) Minister in Porthmadog for many years. He died at 5 Roche
Terrace in the town on the 30 November 1943. I am trying to find out where
he was buried and was wondering if any list member that has copies of the
GFHS cemetery transcriptions for the area would be kind enough to let me
know if he appears in any of them.
Thank you in anticipation of any help received.
