As I understand it, the 2003 book only contained some families from Caernarfonshire
whereas the later edition contained families from Meirioneth and Shrewsbury, was longer,
and corrected some elements of the earlier work. The earlier work was more badly laid
out than the later work as well, probably as a result of the improving software
available.
Other than that, I haven't compared the two.

I have tracked down the book 'Achau Rhai O Deuluoedd Hen Siroedd Caernarfon,
Meirionnydd a Threfaldwyn' by T. Ceiri Griffith.
By tracking it down I don't mean purchasing a copy, but find details of it
online.
It is listed on the NLW web site, Y Lolfa web site and Book Depository web
site.
Apparently the latest edition was published on 3 August 2012. It is 364
pages.
What I need to know is :-
1) how does the 2012 edition differ from the 2003 edition?
2) are there corrections to the 2003 edition?
3) is there new material? What is that new material?
Also, what coverage is there of the Penllyn area of Merionethshire?
