I have been sending to areas that I thought could use this,
Pennsylvania was a way to the South Tennessee and North Carolina and
to Ohio and points west. I forgot for a minute that for many Welsh who
immigrated to PA there is information to be had
http://www.portal.state.pa.us/portal/server.pt?open=512&objID=20578&a...
(If you Google you only get the older site with much less in it)
Now for the buried lead, Ancestry is filming all of the old
Pennsylvania Death Certificates, at long last we will be able to get
certificates easily. There is a 50 year black out but it is still
better than nothing. (there is a year by year way to search for deaths
but it isn't easy and it isn't easy to tell if they are the right
people) they expect to be done by the end of 2013 - it was announced
in the Winter newsletter from the archives which is on the link I sent
above.
Poke around, if you have railroaders in your Welsh family you are in luck!

For all that has been, thanks.
For all that will be, yes.
