Esther,
You can't 'email' a 'web address'
If you have "page unknown" I suspect that you have been putting Gwyndaf's
email address in your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) this is
reinforced by the fact you say "web address" a very easy mistake to make.
Web addresses are usually in the format of
etc
an email address will always have an '@' in there somewhere web addresses
never will.
Like Angharad said, if you want to send an email to Gwyndaf then follow the
instructions, if you're trying to view/reach a web site then you will need
the correct web address.

Esther
There is nothing wrong with the email address that you have for Gwyndaf. I
have just emailed him. I have outlook express.
Try the following.
Click create mail, then to send a message to him you type his email
address in the first line [To] You can also type the subject of your
message in the subject line. Your message of course will be in the main
window.. Or you could point your mouse on Gwyndaf's email address which
you have typed below which is now underlined in blue, then left click and
his name will automatically appear in the appropriate window. Afterwards
just click Send and it should work
