Thank you for posting this, I have a lot of family who were born and
or died in Poultney (my direct ancestors left in 1801 to go to
Marietta) and I haven't found any good Vital Records books. I have a
lot of family from *and here we are talking the 1850's not 1800) from
Putney, they belonged to the Oneida Association and are all over the
wonderful Vital Records book from Putney
.
