Thanks for doing this - I guess more data would have been useful - sorry:
I have been able to track them on US Census.
They arrived Apr 8 1840 - hence not on Wales census.
They may have been born in Cilcwmbach or Penegoes.
This is a tough one.

Hi John,
on the 1841 census there are 2 Richard Tudors, but they were born c
1816, one in Kidderminster, Worcestershire and the other in Wolverhampton,
Staffordshire.
There are 3 William Tudors, all b 1811, living Docking Union in Norfolk,
Sculcoates in Yorkshire and Liverpool in Lancashire.
There are 1073 people with the Tudor surname on the 1841 census of G B,
so if you had any idea of their parents names, that would help as well as
knowing which part of N Wales they came from.
I suppose as they emigrated then the Liverpool William might be worth a
look - do you know when they arrived in the US?
best wishes, Judith

I'm afraid that before anybody could assist you more information
would be
needed - such as in what parish in North Wales they were born. Otherwise
it
would be like looking for a needle in a haystack
