Many thanks to Keith, that is definitely my Taid's wife.
It could also explain the story that she was a cook at a big house, her
occupation is not given but that is not unusual for the bride. It would
explain her being at Llanrug, I am presuming the Lodge is part of Bryn Bras
Castle. The 1911 census just shows a gardener at the castle so I presume it
was not occupied all the time.
Does anyone know the name of the family living there around 1914 as it could
be that she was with the family at another home in 1911.
