Subject: [WLS-GLAM-BRIT] Re: Morris-Briton Ferry
Hi,
I am not related to the Morris family.
However, I have found the baptisms of the children of William and Mary Ann
in the Church of St Mary, Briton Ferry. They are:
Gwilym 15 Nov 1874 (age given as 10)
Mary 15 Nov 1874 (age given as 7)
Edith 22 Nov 1874
Stephen Ernest 10 Mar 1878
William's occupation was given as Roller or Tin Roller
Interestingly William himself was baptised on the 15 Jul 1877 at the age of
34. His parents were given as William (occ Roller) and Ann.
I have also found Wolliam and Mary Ann plus 2 children in the 1871 Census
living at 44 Neath Road, Briton Ferry.
In 1861 I have found William living with his parents Willam and And and
siblings.
If you would like the details please let me know.
Regards,
Brian
