Hi again Sue,
Sorry for the late reply, but I am now trying to get caught up.
I assume that you are looking for Benjamin and Jane Esther (Connah)
Roden. I
have Benjamin's death as 1867, so he won't be in the 1871
census. This
is
what I have on Jane in 1871 census.
------------------------------------------------
In 1871 cenus
Folio 13 Sch 75
No 68 Wrexham Street.
Jane RODEN Head Wd. 45 Butchers Widow. born Hope.
Thomas RODEN son 12,Butchers son Mold.
Charlotte dau 11 Butchers daughter. Mold
---------------------------------------------------------------
Jane's death is listed in FreeBMD as Jun 1872 at 46, Holywell, 11b, 205.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Their marriage info from Mold parish film:
Page 3 No 6 23rd Jan 1849
Benjamin RODEN,Minor,Bachelor,Butcher,Mold,Father Joseph RODEN, Butcher.
Jane Esther (X) CONNAH of full age,Spinster, Mold,Father William
CONNAH,Innkeeper.
After Banns
Witnesses:- Thomas JONES & Ann OWEN
----------------------------------------------------------------
Joseph Roden is my GGG Grandfather.
They had a son, Edward, born 1850 in Mold. This may be the Edward you
are
looking for.
I don't have anything else on him.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Bill Roden
